So, we feel like we are so close to having everything finalized, but yet so far away!
We spoke with our attorney's office yesterday and now that the birthfather add has run and the 30 day wait is over, we can now apply for a final court date. We also have to have your Guardian Ad Litem over for a short interview on your behalf. I am thrilled that we are F.I.N.A.L.L.Y. at this step and we are keeping our fingers crossed to hopefully get a court date in April.
You have definitely just fit right into our family since the beginning, but to have all the legal work and to officially have your last name YACOVIELLO will be a great thing!!!!
